Iterate’s product REBMS – Real Estate Business Management Software- is a software designed for an organization dealing in sales of real estate property. REBMS is comprehensive software through which sales related activities of a real estate and Construction Company can be managed. Each and every action of the sales representative can be recorded for affecting a sale along with customer feedback. Through this software, various activities related to Pre Sales and Sales process of a real estate company can be covered. The software has the Pre-Sales & Sales, Tally Interface, SMS Module and Data Management modules for a real estate organization.

Enquiry Management, booking of property, sale of property, handing over of property at the time of possession can be well managed through the REBMS software. The property can be commercial or residential with multiple combinations like independent villas, flats, plots, shops, office spaces etc. It helps account for super area and carpet area.

The customer accounts along with demand generation and interest calculation can be easily managed through REBMS software. Interest calculation is done based on the client opted payment plan the actual payments given by the clients. Debit Notes, Credit Notes can be issued from the system which in turn will help maintain the customer ledger of the client.

Facility to underwrite a property and maintain broker accounts is also available I the software. It helps manage the commission to be paid to brokers for the property they have sold.

Different stages of property can be update din the system which can be considered for Demand generation for clients for those clients which have opted for construction linked payment plan.

With SMS module implemented, the SMS can be sent to clients at triggers set in the system. It can act as reminder for payments to customers or any particular activity for which the company wants to send SMS to their property holders.
